Through the contact form: your name, your email address, your company name (optional), the reason for your request and your message. Your IP address is used to limit abusive sending: it stays in the server's memory for at most 10 minutes and is never stored.

Replying to your request and, where relevant, discussing a collaboration with you. This data is never used for marketing, sold or passed on.

The legitimate interest in replying to requests received (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) and, for a collaboration request, pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b)).

Messages are kept for period to be confirmed after the last exchange, then deleted.

Only Armand NJAPOU NGASSU reads your messages. Two providers act as processors: the site's host, whose server is located in France, and Resend, Inc., which delivers the email sent by the form. Resend is based in the United States; this transfer outside the European Union is covered by its data processing agreement.

This site uses no advertising cookies and no audience measurement. It sets a single technical cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which remembers your language for one year, and stores your theme choice (light, dark or system) in your browser's local storage. Neither requires your consent.

You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, restrict its processing or receive it in a portable format, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@codingwitharmand.com. If you believe your rights are not respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL (opens in a new tab), the French data protection authority.
